Getting Started

Create a New Account​

  1. Go to the OtterSpots website and click Sign Up
  2. Enter your name, email address, and password
  3. Check your email — we'll send a verification email
  4. Click the link in the email to activate your account

Make sure you use an active email address as all booking notifications will be sent there.

Log In with Google​

You can log in faster using your Google account:

  1. Click Log In with Google on the login page
  2. Select your Google account
  3. You'll be taken directly to the OtterSpots homepage

Log In with Email & Password​

  1. Go to the Log In page
  2. Enter your email and password
  3. Click Log In

Email Verification​

If you haven't verified your email during registration:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Check your email inbox for an email from OtterSpots
  3. Click the Verify Email link in the email

You can still browse and search for accommodation without an account, but you need to log in to make a booking.

Forgot Password​

If you've forgotten your password:

  1. Click Forgot Password on the login page
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your email for a password reset link
  4. Follow the instructions to set a new password
